TOWN OF LAFLECHE
BYLAW NO. 349-98
A BYLAW TO GOVERN THE USE OF FIREWORKS WITHIN TOWN LIMITS.
The Council of the Town of Lafleche, in the Province of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:
1. No fireworks are to be set off within the town limits without prior written approval of the Town Council.
2. Approval maybe be subject to any conditions Council may deem necessary to ensure the safety of persons and property.
3. No person shall sale fireworks to any person under the age of Eighteen (18).
4. No person shall purchase fireworks on behave of persons under the age of Eighteen (18).
5. An person who contravenes this bylaw is guilty of any offence and liable on summary conviction to a fine of not less that $200 nor more than $2,000 and, in default of payment, to imprisonment for not less than thirty days nor more than ninety days.
